About
Participants will gain a general understanding of the roles of a stage technician and the departments that encompass them. Terminology of theatrical components and systems will be reviewed. Students will also learn the general functions and layout of the backstage and front of house technical areas with emphasis on recognizing hazards and attaining an understanding of personal safety awareness.
